Hello! My name is Brian Blevins and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Victory Physical Therapy. As someone who grew up in our local community, attending Westview High School and graduating from Oregon State University, I am deeply committed to providing the highest quality care to my neighbors and friends. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.
I’ve had the privilege of treating a diverse range of patients, from professional athletes to weekend warriors, a wide variety of post-operative patients, first responders, active and retired military veterans, as well as our active aging population. These professional experiences have helped me excel as a practitioner, but my ultimate goal is to evolve the physical therapy industry for the betterment of patients, physical therapists, and clinics alike. I actively consult with industry leaders in computer vision and smart apparel, ensuring that Victory Physical Therapy stays at the forefront of innovative care.
Outside the clinic, my life is filled with love and adventure. I am blessed with a wonderful wife and four amazing children. Our household is completed by our two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Corgi. In my spare time, you can find me playing basketball, triathlon training, coaching my children’s sports teams, or driving my Ford Bronco. At Victory Physical Therapy, my mission is to ensure you receive premiere, personalized, and compassionate care that helps you achieve your health and wellness goals. Welcome to Victory Physical Therapy! Todd Sayer, PT, MBA, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. A native of Chicago, Todd earned his Physical Therapy degree from Northern Illinois University in 2000. After nearly two decades of practice, he and his family decided to call Portland, OR, their home in 2018.
With 24 years of hands-on experience, Todd excels in patient care, leadership development, communication, and strategic planning. His commitment to superior patient outcomes is unwavering, ensuring each patient receives personalized and effective treatment.
Outside the clinic, Todd is an avid skier and golfer, always seeking new outdoor adventures. His dedication to the advancement of physical therapy is evident through his work at Victory PT, where he continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in patient care.
